I have just purchased 2009 Pino Tour, it was showroom stock from Velocity Racers in Hong Kong.

We took it out on our madien voyage over the past 2 days... 255km round trip.
About 180km into trip (on the ay back) the integrated freewheel, stopped (or kind-a-stopped) freewheeling...

The front person can stop pedalling but creates massive resistance for the stoker.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

(a) is there any videos around about matainance?
(b) can you order spares... we planning a 9000km trip and don't really want to have this issue while on the road.

STILL NEED HELP...

Pulled it apart and cleaned it up. I've put it back together minus the LUBE.

Still getting resistence, the front pedals are spinning when stocker pedals.

WHAT KIND OF LUBE SHOULD I BE PUTTING IN THIS AND HOW MUCH??

Should have posted this a little while ago!

Hase team posted me (at not cost) replacement newest version of the intergrated freewheel and prerry much everything I need to get the Pino back on the road, it was delivered fast. I must say it's top quality service on there part.

I wrote a post about it here on my just started travel blog which will kick off next month when we start our 9,000km ride on our Pino !
