Hi all - recently received delivery of our new Pino and subsequently had our first accident - nil injuries sustained by my daughter who absolutely loves riding the Hase - however I did break a rib 
The Pino took the remaining brunt - but ancilliaries were the only bent items with nil frame issues. Now seeking a replacement recumbent seat frame and one handlebar extension. As we are in Australia - and only have one supplier in Canberra (and we are in Brisbane) grateful if any reader or Hase rep could provide a replacement seat and handlebar price inclusive postage.
