Our 2010 Pino came with 170mm cranks on the rear and 175mm on the front. I was told by our dealer that the rear crank length couldn't be changed (without losing the special freewheel, which isn't an option). It seems to us that the front crank should be the same length or possibly even shorter than the rear. Are there any options to replace the front cranks with 170mm or 165mm without changing to a different type of crankset?
I have just purchased a Pino with a low rider rack and Hase twin-bike-stand. I fitted some old Ortlieb rear panniers on the front and found that they touch the ground when we go around tight corners. I want to find a pannier solution where this doesn't happen. I've considered using 2 pairs of Ortlieb front panniers but would prefer to have a single pannier on both sides.
