There is no Nuvinci kit available to purchase from Hase, for that reason there is no user manual for fitting the hub in your bike just an internal manual for the mechanics at Hase. This is not intended to be done by the public rather by Hase direct or by a licensed Hase dealer. Hase ONLY uses the Nuvinci Harmony hub.

If a Aheadset is mounted you need a 1 1/8 fork and if it´s a threaded headset you need a 1" fork.

Loosen the bolt a litte and beat on it so the cone inside will come off.

1/2" is to much. 0,39" is ok. Maybe the frame is warped a little bit?

We offer from now on a adapter for assembling universal coupling to the Lepus. That means a Kettwiesel or a trailer can be joined to the Lepus. Limitation: 1. It is impossible to assemble the adapter to a derailleur gearing. 2. Loading area can not be used while being coupled to another bike or trailer. It has to be curled inwardly. Our Problem is to sell the motor in the US. The only way is, to buy a Kettwiesel with fairing to retrofit it with a front wheel motorset. At the moment it is not planed to offer the Klimax with motorsystem in the US.
