We reinvented the TRETS once again – and made it even more variable. Now passengers from about one month of age can begin their TRETS careers! The new TRETS – in the Jogger or Buggy version – can accommodate an infant carrier or baby seat. A few minutes is all it takes to transform the TRETS into a Trailer: front wheel off, drawbar on, finished! With the 7-speed SRAM derailleur, controlled by twist shifter, little passengers in the Trailer can even help pedal.
But that’s not all: the TRETS is even a Trike! The push bar from the Jogger is mounted to the head tube and becomes the handlebar for the young pilot. And off they fly: this is when the TRETS becomes the little sister of cornering machine KETTWIESEL. For transport, the trike folds up to packable size: just take off the front wheel and handlebar, and fold down the seat – now the TRETS is small enough to fit in practically any trunk. The Fairing can be folded up to umbrella size in seconds for bringing along.
