It is over ! After a total of 10 months and more than 8,000 kilometers on our bicycle saddle, we have reached the easternmost point of Canada – the Cape Spear in Newfoundland. We have thus crossed from side to side the second larger country in the world, |
between the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean only on our bikes. We narrowly missed the speed record by a few months, but the journey is the goal and not the destination. Saba, our daughter has thus spent a third of her short life in Canada. |
During the first year there, she has learned how to walk, whereas the second year, she has transmitted her energy to the pedals, and helped her mother on the special tandem Pino from Hasebikes. |
