Protanium hub motor: Front wheel drive Just switch it on and keep riding: the ultra-silent electric motor is suitable for everyday use or spontaneous assistance on steep hills and longer stretches. No permit required (in Germany) and no complicated controls. The 16" version supports you up to about 18km/h. Because it's in the front wheel, all gear-system options remain. The lithium-ion battery (24 V and 9 Ah) is easy to remove for charging (approx. 4½ hours, up to 700 charge cycles) - but lockable for theft protection.
